The sales of properties in Dubai had increased by 50%

"The total cost of buying and selling apartments and villas in Dubai (UAE) has risen by more than 50% in October alone as compared to September this year" - said the General Director of the Land Department of Dubai followed by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce Hamad Buamim.

In particular, the total value of sales of apartments in October had increased by 34% compared to its preceding month, and villas – up to almost 70%. As in regards to the sale of land in the emirate, the total value increased by half with a total outcome of 96,6% when compared to September.

According to Buamim, an increase in demand for Dubai properties is due to the improved level of all security jobs, security, preservation of jobs in the emirate and the mitigating conditions for obtaining mortgage financing.
