Land transactions in Dubai have reached $ 311 million in December

According to the Land Department of Dubai, the total value of the land transactions in the period from 5 to 10 December reached 1.14 billion dirhams (311 million U.S. dollars).
The volume of transactions of purchase-sale amounted to 673.64 million dirhams (184 million U.S. dollars), mortgage loans - 467.43 million dirhams (127 million U.S. dollars). Results for the first three weeks of the month there were 42 purchase-sales transactions. The most expensive of them was the sale land area of Jumeirah Village-1 in the amount of 52.03 million dirhams (14 million U.S. dollars).

A total of 239 purchase-sales transactions for freehold apartments & villas were noted during the past one week. Where 219 apartments for a total amount of 294.19 million dirhams (80.3 mission US$) while 20 villas totaling 43.64 million dirhams (11.9 million US$) were sold.
